PawDoc is an SaaS (Software as a service) veterinary mobile app and online platform solution created for Veterinarians to utilize with their clients' in their practice. With PawDoc connecting to your Veterinarian is easier when it comes to making appointments, requesting refills, consulting online, and keeping everything in relation to your pet in one place.

How does it work?

When your Veterinarian is connected to PawDoc you can download the mobile app in the app store via Apple or Google play and register for an account utilizing registration code provided by your veterinarian. After you have created an account you will be able to create a pet profile (Multiple if you have more than one pet) and begin to utilize features provided through the app.

How do I create an account?

Download the app from the app store and click sign up, where you will be instructed to enter details about yourself as well as your pet. My Veterinarian isn't connected, what do I do?

If your Veterinarian isn't connected contact us and let us know. We love referrals and would love to speak with your Veterinarian about the benefits of PawDoc and integration into their practice.

Where do I find my Veterinarians enrollment code?

Your Veterinarian should have provided you with a brochure including the enrollment code on the back or a sheet. If not contact your Veterinarian for information in order to get started.

How much does it cost?

The app is free to download in the mobile app store. Prices for utilizing features such as teleconsult and video chat are set forth by your veterinarian and may vary.

I encountered an error, who do I contact?

In the event you have encountered an error please contact us or your veterinarian so we can assist you further.

My Veterinarian provided a promo code, where do I enter it?

After entering details of consult you will land on a screen asking you to enter promotional code prior to proceeding to payment screen. If you have promotional code please enter it and hit sumbit, if you do not have a promotional code click continue to move to payment screen.
